Where do I find engine oil for this truck? I am told it needs something special and I have not figured it out. HELP PLEASE

It does not need anything special. Any premium oil will work, though depending on your driving, you MAY want to either add a zinc (ZDDP) additive or buy oil with extra zinc already in it. If your truck has a lot of miles on it, start with 10W40 and watch consumption. If it burns a lot, switch to 20W50. If not, go back to 10W30 in winter. If your engine has had dino oil in it all its life, switching to synthetic may produce some leaks. My recommendation: start with a good brand of 10W40 natural oil and drive it awhile.
