These were with a small assortment of Studebaker parts. I couldn't find anything like them in the parts books so they are probably not Studebaker. The third one shown is Studebaker for comparison. They have a stainless cap on the head like studebakers.

They look similar to the bumper bolts on the 58/59? Hawk I am taking parts off of.

they appear to be generic Stude bumper bolts. The roundish one could be for 62-63' bumper wing extensions. What are the lengths ?

I should have been more clear in the description. The bolt on the right is a Studebaker oval bolt. The head is approximately 1" x 5/8". The two on the left are the unidentified bolts. The head on these are 1 1/2" x 1/2". They have a 1/2" shank. The Studebaker a 7/16".

Maybe they could be “dummy” bumper bolts. Used in bumpers without optional bumper/ grille guards?
Have run into them on GM cars of the 1940’s.
