Someone managed to stick a blower on a Packard 356 cu. straight eight?! Well then, this certainly wins the most unique way to get power. The only more radical move I could think of would be installing a Klimov M-105 V12 into a Packard!

Didn't the guys at the Guild up in Canada build a Rat Rod with a Packard straight 8 with a blower on it as well? I think i saw that on a couple of episodes of "Restoration Garage".

Now that is refreshing from a typical 350 GM V8 ... Nice work ..

If you see eight tubes, you are good..... it's a straight eight Packard.

Yes, but which one?

The number of tubes had made me wonder too. I pulled up another picture of a Packard 8 with headers. One of the tubes on the engine in the truck is hidden at the rear in shadow.
