Can someone let me know what the center to center spring perch distance is on a 1956 Power Hawk?

Also the drum too drum overall width?

Spring perch center to center is 41", + or - 1/2". Of all the Dana 44's I have ever measured drum face that the wheels bolt to ran from 57 1/2" to 58 1/2".

The NOS Dana 44 I have sitting here is 41.5" spring center to spring center. Axle flange to flange is 58.5" plus or minus. It will vary a bit depending on bearing spacers and axle flange fitment, but not a lot.
