The Studebaker Plant in South Bend relied on over 150 guards to watch all entries & exits to the Plant plus care of the alarms, water backup re potential fires, sprinkler systems & sabotage throughout the 35 buildings. All the guards wore stylish uniforms with matching badges on their hats & chests.
