The horn won't stop blowing, any suggestions?

first, disconnect the battery so all the neighbors do not have to "enjoy" listening to the horn.
Then, disconnect the wire from the steering box to the horn relay
Then reconnect the battery.
If the horn is silent, the trouble is in the horn button or the wire going down the steering column.
If the horns still honk, the relay most likely has sticking contacts

While you are fixing the horn button, you can disconnect the horns and hook up a light to where the horns were connected. That way the neighbors will be happier while you are fixing the problem.

The problem is usually the horn wire. It goes thru the steering column and the insulation is easily worn off especially where it exits the column. Remove horn wire from horn relay and check it with VOM. It should show infinite resistance when checked against a good ground and clos to zero when you press the horn button. If it shows continuity you have your culprit. I bought a new horn wire not too long ago or you can make one.
