both of those are sweet, but after seeing sals54 crownless lid wagon I've been spoiled and would have to give the same treatment to one of these wagons if they were in my garage. The San Diego one seems kind of pricey, and the Carson City owner is playing the stupid (to me) game of I'm open to offers...man up... put a price on that puppy or put it in an auction. The San Diego wagon is one of the last 1956 Commanders from South Bend (not that it matters <G>).

I'd still like to have a 56 wagon but would sure prefer the Pinehurst. I think this one has been around awhile. I guess a hot rod shop has it but it's priced way over the top.

No. They are both fiberglass, but the wagon has different fins than the Hawk.

The Pinehurst wold be my choice, but either would make a really nice car to use for long trips and such. The Pinehurst would make quite a statement where I live, only about 50 miles from Pinehurst, North Carolina.
