I don't recall where this picture came from, but I had it saved on my computer and thought it would make a great calendar picture for November, if someone is making a calendar.
Does anyone know who owns it or what year it is? Thanks, Tom

1949 - 53 2R5 based on what I can see.

All 1949 to 1953 and from that angle, also '54's Look, and ARE the same.

Agree. Two minor clues: the "nipple" hub caps were 2R-only, and the barely-visible emblem on the side of the hood looks like the rectangular 2R style.

Only looking up the serial number will tell the year. Oh yes, the 1949s had a different font on the odometer numbers.

The earliest 2R trucks also had lever type shocks and no angled braces at the front of the frame, but you can't see that from the outside. Odds are the truck is a 49-53 style.
