        If you ship it, I hope the TSA or some other group does not X-ray the box. Dum-dum will look like C-4 explosive to the X-ray image.

          Is it the type the factory used, with the thread running through the center? Not that it works any better than the 3M 08578 but, it's easier to handle and apply.

            This is "Tacky Tape" by S-M ("Products to stick by.") It is flat not grooved as the factory's was but we found it easy to use anyway as long as the surfaces are clean. Each roll measures approximately 83/8" wide. The actual sealing material is 3/8" wide. A roll is approximately 35 to 40 feet long.
