Has anyone found a replacement for the spring (303682) in the rear window latches on the "C" bodied coupes/hawks??

Branakeys Hardware has lots of springs, bring one up, and we'll check it out.

I believe Milt is referencing this bit of spring steel. Click image for larger version

I have only seen it at swap meets as part of the latch assembly.

They won't go by part number, but if you have the dimensions, this place has about everything. Rivets, Riveting Tools and Equipment | Hanson Rivet & Supply Co

That Spring is unlike ANY other and probably will only be found on a Salvage Window Frame from a Parts Car.

I think I have some new springs somewhere. I'll look tomorrow. I could probably turn the rivets on a lathe, but with the time involved the price wouldn't be caso friendly.

A clock maker might be able to make a spring like that.
