Had a off day yesterday & today with nothing that had to be done so spent some time on the rusty old hawk body. Made a rocker box for the drivers side and a couple body mounts. Used a piece of 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 angle iron from the front mount at the bat wing mount to the rear seat brace the runs under the floor. Should stiffen the floor up at the seat area and the body shell some. All I need to do now is hang an empty door I have and a rear fender to get the outer rocker where it should be and then top off the floor. I would say I have under 10 hrs in it and maybe $40 worth of steel.
