  • Studebaker AC-1382 Pictures Needed

    Hello,

Does anyone have a picture of the label that is on AC-1382: 6 ounce glass bottle of windshield washer solvent? This was solvent that was purchase separately from the windshield washer kit AC-2047 which was available in 1951 and maybe other years. I would imagine, like the kit AC-2047, that the solvent bottle was a Studebaker re-brand of the Trico counterpart that was also offered to the market. I have seen the glass 6 ounce Trico labeled bottles, just never a AC-1382 Studebaker branded bottle.

    Thank you

I believe I am looking for something like this except for Studebaker:

I have both of those items, The triangular fluid bottle was for later years due to the "S.P" (Studebaker Packard) and also came in a 12+ounce bottle. The other sticker is for the actual AC-2047 windshield washer kit.

I think I have what you want, IF I can post the 2 pictures, front label and reverse label from the AC-1382 bottle. stupak

PS: I've posted pics here before but I can't seem to figure out how this time. If you send me your email address, I'll respond with the two pics.

For what it may be worth that accessory was introduced in 1946. Dealer cost was .36c.
