Body / Glass: 1963 GT Hawk right rear side window problems

Hello all. I'm hoping someone can steer me the right direction. The R.R. side window doesnt operate, rattles (badly)and doen't close properly.
Common problem? What parts are generally the broken/worn out ones that need replacement? I want to line up replacement parts before I put it away for the winter.
Also who are the reliable vendors for these parts please?

Probably a worn out regulator. The rear seat will need to come out and the inside panel. This gives you a little bit of access to it. Shop Manual has fairly good instructions. If it is beyond salvage, I probably have one for cheap.
