1953 Coupe/Hardtop front seat versus 1954

Were the 1953 front seats 40/60 split where the 1954 (and I would assume 1955)were 50/50 split?

They are the SAME 60/40 '53 to '54, Fronts only.

Didn't 55's have the same split but the Fabric Pattern Design matched Left to Right, unlike '53-'54?

Neil, those are probably Hawk seats '59-'61. Note the "Square" corners and Top edge, not rounded like '53-'58.

I bought the upholstery package from Rene Harger at Southeast Studebaker in Tennessee. He advertises in Turning Wheels. He has the patterns to duplicate the original, or can customize it to your taste.
