Pages missing????

A friend gave me the manuals for my 62 GT Hawk. I am wanting to adjust the lifters. But pages 20, 24, and 26 of that section of the manual are missing.
It would be very much appreciated if someone could send me copies of those pages.

Those pages are left blank intentionally. Saved for future updates. I have three of those books here and they are all like that. Valve djusting info is on page 21.
