Hi all--

Last Sunday, June 25, the Hamilton Chapter went for a cruise on the Hamilton Harbour Queen...some very menacing weather late-morning turned to a downpour just after most of us arrived at the Harbour Queen's berth, but by the time we got underway it was clearing and by the end of the cruise the weather was gorgeous. Despite the threatening skies there were five Studebakers ranged along the dockside: '58 Commander, '62 Lark, '63 Wagonaire, '63 GT Hawk, '63 Avanti. Here's a link to some pix.

Thanks for the pics, Steve. Sorry that we couldn't make it. Would have liked the cruise!

Thanx Roger, and good to see you, Drina and Steve G at JBG's last eve. The Harbour Queen's a nice smooth cruise, but unlike the little "Hamiltonian" boat (also a Waterfront Trust venture) there's no tour commentary. On the whole I prefer the Grand River pontoon boat dinner cruise, which I've been on thrice, once with SDC during the Ontario Chapter's Studefest a few years ago.
