There is a Studebaker truck for sale on Craigslist which is a little over 100 miles from here. The seller is proud of the new rear glass, but oops. https://jonesboro.craigslist.org/cto/6185319379.html I think he should have looked at the instructions. :o
I added a correct one for comparison.

This isn't the first time I have seen one of these pickup rear glass weatherseals installed inside out. I think because the glass shop doesn't know that the glass is installed from the inside of the cab. When they instead install it from the outside, then they put the small side of the weatherseal lip incorrectly to the inside.

Does it really matter? I mean, look at the rest of the poor thing...https://s.yimg.com/ok/u/assets/img/emoticons/emo10.gif

The glass shop who did my 2R tried to put the rear weatherstripping in backwards too.

I believe I saw a pickup at the IM in Colorado Springs that was installed wrong. What made this one so ironic was the seller bragging about having new front and rear glass. If I had the money to spare, I guess I would look at this truck, but if it was mine the bed would have to be reworked and that ugly slab of wood on the dash would have to go.

Fortunately, assuming new rubber was used, it should be a simple matter to extract it and, with it being in primer and still needing paint, reinstall correctly after the paint is done.
