Um, wouldn't that be a Commander?

A friend owns a '32 Rockne coupe and it has conventional doors, round headlights and is a six cylinder.

And also a Rockne emblem on the radiator.

Well...the car that is the subject of this thread, looks to be a very cool car with lots of potential. I would certainly want to know more about the "water damage," exactly what it was, and the full story. Often, when someone posts a link to an eBay Studebaker, I go up and click on "Studebaker" listings just to see what else is being offered. That is when I found this listing.

Even in its sad deteriorated condition, the once elegant styling of this car is evident. I am saddened by how it looks now. I don't know what its story is, but I'm thinking the owner held on to it too long with hopes of that "someday" restoration. Too bad he didn't pass it on to someone with the resources to rescue it sooner. The longer it stays this way, the less likely it will ever happen. It is in danger of being lost to the ages.:(
