When you get tired of working on your Studebaker all day and you want some fresh air, why not go for a leisurely bike ride, get a little exercise and get your heart rate up. This ought to do it:

Good Grief Ben!:eek: I was thinking about taking my blood pressure before I saw this thread. I clicked the link. Now, I'm gonna wait 'till tomorrow to make the check.:(

I have a motorcycle, and have taken many "leisurely" rides. So has our friend Matt in Australia. That's where my mind & expectations were before watching that video.;) So, it made it even more dramatic to watch.:)

That didn't look like too serious of a workout. He went down hill all the way! I bet he was coasting most of the way, too ;)
