As said in another thread, both the Singer Building, the big building, and the Commercial Building, the one that is normally used for our May Meet, are both sold out. Thanks to all vendors for coming. We have the buildings starting early Tuesday. We will start marking the Commercial Building first. We will have the buildings available for vendor setup at 12 noon. It may be earlier for you if you know you are in the Commercial Building. When you get to the Fairgrounds, please go to the Singer building to the registration table there to find exactly where you are located. That table will open around 9 or when ever Karen Dyer gets things set up. Things will be a little hectic as many vendors get their items in the building. We ask that you unload at the open doors and move your vehicle so that another vendor can unload. For insurance purposes, no vehicles are allowed in the buildings.

We will close the Fairgrounds on Tuesday at 5:30.

Vendor parking for the rest of the week will be on the east and south side of the Singer Building, east side of the Commercial building, and the southwest side of the Commercial Building. Parking will be somewhat open on Tuesday, but orderly when the event starts. These will be marked with signs.

Vendors, there will be a ton of signs in the areas around the vendor buildings reminding visitors that there are 2 buildings and that they are full.

At 5:00pm South Bend time Saturday the buildings will be shut and locked. We only rented the grounds until that time. We ask that you have your items packed by then.

Vendors will be able to register for the Meet, SDC, at the Fairgrounds. There is no need to take your items on a trailer downtown. This is a new service so that vendors do not need to find a place to park and deal with the hassle of driving around.

Lastly, on behalf of everyone, thanks to all vendors for bringing your items. We all appreciate the time you take, and we hope that it is a profitable week for you. We have promoted this event twice as much as our regular May Meet.

Bob: Are people displaying toys, models, watches, etc. considered 'vendors'? After all, we have paid to attend also. stupak

Yes, you will be in the Community Room. I will have that room set up on Monday afternoon, unless there is a big problem at the Fairgrounds. On a side note, glad you are bringing your items. Everyone enjoys seeing them. Thanks.

Thanks for the link. I was going to see what Goggle had, but you saved me the trouble. :)

When you register there will be a signup at Registration area. Unfortunately it will be downtown. See me at the Fairgrounds and we can get you situated.
