Window channel substitute?

Does anybody know if the window channel on a '61 Hawk (C body) is the same as Chev or Ford or? I can't make it to S/S this year and I think shipping would cost as much as the channel! I have a source I can pick it up from at home, but he doesn't know what will fit and his books don't show it. I don't want to remove the old channel until I have the new. Thanks- Jim

Any automotive glass shop will have the semi rigid channel or be able to get it,the rigid piece at the front is another matter. Luck Doofus
