Where might I be able to find front fenders for a 59 Silver Hawk ?

Welcome to the SDC and to the SDC Forum Richard.
If the Front of your's are good with only a rusted out rear 4 inches or so section, Repair Panels are available.
I would encourage you to use those or otherwise repair yours to preserve the quickly disappearing supply of the few remaining Used '53 to '62 C & K Model Fenders.
As no more New ones will likely EVER be available.
Your INNER fenders can be recycled/reused as well.StudeRich
